About This Role
- Own the financial analysis and reporting for the business unit, including revenue tracking against forecasts and staffing utilization analysis.
- Develop and lead financial models and KPI reporting to support business initiatives and provide insights to leadership.
- Collaborate daily with various leadership levels (VP, GMs, Directors, Project Managers, Sales) to drive financial understanding and decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is mandatory.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 8+ years in relevant finance or business operations roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end financial management within service-oriented business units, with strong understanding of sales cycles.
- Able to independently manage complex financial data analysis and reporting under tight deadlines.
- Effective communicator with proven ability to engage leadership at multiple organizational levels and deliver actionable financial insights.
