About This Role
- Provide day-to-day operations support including record/documentation management, account maintenance, imaging, and account opening coordinating with Core Operations Team.
- Serve as liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients to resolve inquiries and escalations.
- Communicate productivity, quality, and MIS indicators to management; support process improvements and conduct training as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant experience in core banking operations (transaction processing, reconciliation, disputes, payment processing, loan or mortgage operations).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Pega and/or G36 functionality, COB testing, and trust receipt resolution.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and occasional weekends; strong analytical and communication skills required.

- Experienced in financial transaction operations and dispute processes within a regulated banking environment.
- Capable of working independently in a 24x7 operations setting with shift flexibility including nights and weekends.
