About This Role
- Drive operational excellence by transforming raw data into structured insights and scalable reporting systems using Power BI and Excel automation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize, optimize reporting frameworks, and enable data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and performance.
- Support cost optimization and conduct ad-hoc analysis including root cause analysis and hypothesis testing to maintain data accuracy and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or BCA.
- Must have advanced Excel, VBA, and Power BI expertise.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, ByD, or similar.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end operational reporting and analytics projects with a project ownership mindset.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities independently while identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Experience or exposure to forecasting, supply chain, operations analytics, digitization, or automation projects.
