About This Role
- Own end-to-end technical architecture and implementation roadmaps for Guidewire PolicyCenter across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Lead PolicyCenter configuration, customization (Gosu development, PCF/UI design, rules, workflows, plugins), and complex integrations with enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership to delivery teams, oversee code and architecture reviews, mentor developers, and apply AI/automation to reduce implementation effort and accelerate delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–18 years hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter including at least two greenfield implementations.
- Guidewire Certified ACE for PolicyCenter Configuration with expertise in UI, data model, Studio, and key features.
- Strong technical skills in Gosu, PCF, bindings, rules, workflows, plugins, and integrations via REST APIs, web services, messaging.
