About This Role
- Provide valuation and financial modeling services for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.
- Assist clients in making informed decisions by assessing business and asset values using tools like cost of capital and DCF.
- Work with minimal supervision in a dynamic work environment delivering analysis that supports strategic and legal decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in valuations or financial modeling.
- Qualifications must include Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA degree.
- Mandatory skills: Valuations and Financial Modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg or Capitaline is a plus.

- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced deal advisory environment.
