About This Role
- Design, develop, and test software solutions for portfolio and platform evolution focusing on quantitative strategies.
- Maintain daily alpha and risk forecasts for single and multi-asset class solutions and own daily production processes including exception investigation and results validation.
- Collaborate with investment, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable, production-ready analytical solutions and automated workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in investment management, quantitative analytics, financial services, or comparable data-intensive environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with experience in relational data modelling and production data pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative disciplines.
- Workplace: Full-time based in Hyderabad office with hybrid work model (at least 4 days onsite per week).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working within systematic equities or quantitative strategies teams, preferably with knowledge of equities quant strategies.
- Proven ability to implement and manage data-quality controls, exception monitoring, and automated workflows in production environments.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration between research, portfolio management, and IT to drive platform and product improvements.
