About This Role
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for assigned engineering teams, ensuring productivity and continuous improvement in delivery velocity and quality.
- Coach engineering teams on Agile and Scrum practices to build capability and discipline.
- Use Jira AI, Azure DevOps AI, and generative AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Miro AI) for sprint analytics, predictive velocity forecasting, retrospective analysis, and improvement tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in using AI-enabled tools like Jira AI and Azure DevOps AI for intelligent sprint analytics and automated reporting.
- Familiarity with generative AI applications for retrospective facilitation and continuous improvement tracking.
- Knowledge of scalable Agile frameworks such as SAFe within airline software product delivery or experience with Agile delivery in airline software context (e.g., providers like Amadeus, Sabre).
