About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and modernization of enterprise Data, AI, and Cloud platforms including platform migration, integration, and analytics solutions.
- Drive engineering excellence by establishing standards, quality controls, and release readiness processes for high-quality delivery.
- Manage and develop engineering teams and oversee delivery plans, risks, governance, and stakeholder alignment for scalable data solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MCA, MSc, or MBA.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise data, AI, and cloud technology programs globally.
- Proficiency with Databricks, Snowflake, Agile methodologies, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and data architecture.
- Knowledge of data governance, responsible AI, privacy, security, and compliance in regulated industries.

- Experienced leader in global enterprise-scale Data, AI, and Cloud engineering delivery with strong program and team management skills.
- Strategic operator skilled in balancing stakeholder management, technical leadership, and operational performance across data platforms.
