About This Role
- Lead technical delivery and implementation of customer projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives throughout the lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Product Management, Development, QA, TechOps, and Support during all project phases.
- Own design documentation, coding, testing strategies, performance tests, and project execution monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of total work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming, Spring Boot, and full stack development including React JS and relational databases (preferably Oracle).
- Experience with enterprise integration patterns (SOAP, REST, JMS) and build/deployment automation tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven).
- Experience with one public cloud platform such as Azure or OCI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading customer-facing technical project implementations in scalable, multi-tenant architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Comfortable operating in cross-functional teams collaborating across architecture, product, QA, and operations in enterprise software environments.
