About This Role
- Architect, develop, and maintain reusable, scalable backend services and code generation components using Python.
- Collaborate actively as a core member of the MASAR backend team to align technical implementations with system patterns.
- Implement unit and integration testing using PyTest and manage version control with Git and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in E&C, EEE, or related field (B.E/B.Tech) mandatory.
- 8+ years of experience in Python-based tool development and GenAI.
- Expertise in advanced Python, OOP design principles (SOLID), test automation using PyTest, Git workflows, and CI/CD automation.
- Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in building and maintaining backend code generation templates or parsers within automated systems.
- Experienced in Agile software development environments with collaborative team integration.
- Detail-oriented developer capable of mentoring team members on clean code and industry best practices in Python and Angular development.
