About This Role
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and code generation components in Python.
- Collaborate within the MASAR backend team to align technical implementation with system design patterns.
- Implement testing (unit and integration) using PyTest and manage CI/CD pipelines including Jenkins and GIT workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience in Python-based tools development and GenAI.
- Degree: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (E&C) or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE).
- Advanced proficiency in Python including OOP (SOLID principles) and design patterns.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (PyTest), version control (GIT), and build automation tools (Jenkins).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in backend Python development focused on automated code generation and parsing.
- Experienced in Agile team environments with ability to mentor and guide peers following clean code principles.
- Comfortable collaborating across frontend/backend boundaries with familiarity in Angular and/or TypeScript.
