About This Role
- Collaborate with business units to identify data-driven opportunities and develop scalable AI/ML/statistical models for multiple teams.
- Lead product and project initiatives independently, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Develop, deploy, and communicate advanced machine learning solutions and interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI) ensuring integration with product and engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or equivalent technical qualification.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in data science or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, and deployment.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), containerization (Docker), and developing APIs/web applications using Flask or Django.

- Experienced in handling and analyzing large-scale structured datasets with advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Capable of leading projects end-to-end with technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
