About This Role
- Own and govern HP's SAP Signavio ecosystem including Process Intelligence, Process Insights, Process Manager, and related platform operations ensuring stability, security, compliance, and adoption.
- Lead integration and technical enablement of SAP Signavio capabilities across SAP, BTP, and enterprise data platforms to support scalable process mining and intelligence delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships, service governance, platform roadmap evolution, and drive measurable business outcomes via data-driven process insights in partnership with senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10+ years in SAP, Process Mining, Signavio, Process Intelligence, or Enterprise Platforms.
- 5+ years hands-on SAP Signavio administration experience including Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Process Governance, and Process Intelligence environments.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills; experience with cybersecurity, privacy, compliance governance, and vendor management within SAP Signavio context.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent demonstrated competence.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in administering large-scale, global SAP Signavio deployments including managing access, roles, licenses, governance, and escalations.
- Proficient in SAP ecosystem integrations (S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite) and data engineering concepts relevant to process mining and analytics.
- Capable of driving enterprise transformation initiatives with strong stakeholder and vendor engagement at senior and cross-functional levels.
