About This Role
- Own the end-to-end BI development lifecycle including requirements gathering, ETL pipeline design, data modeling, and Tableau dashboard creation used daily by game teams.
- Manage and optimize large scale data pipelines and Snowflake data warehouse, including workflow orchestration with Airflow and Tableau Server administration.
- Act as a technical lead by mentoring developers, reviewing code, setting standards for reporting solutions, and supporting AI layers on BI workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in BI Development roles.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills including DDL, DML, window functions, and query optimization.
- Proven experience with ETL pipeline design at scale, Tableau (including Server administration), Snowflake and Airflow or equivalent workflow orchestrator.
- Experience working in production environments with on-call rotation and interacting with non-technical stakeholders in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to autonomously own complex BI projects with minimal instruction and directly gather requirements from business stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-team projects and acting as technical anchor especially in data pipeline optimization and AI-assisted BI workflows.
- Experienced in governance of Snowflake roles and privileges, Tableau Server management, and accountable for AI cost and data safety in BI applications.
