About This Role
- Design and develop secure, scalable software solutions following Mastercard standards and best practices.
- Own end-to-end software development lifecycle including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of production incidents and participate in architecture and technology evaluations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience with backend technologies (Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices), frontend frameworks (React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript), and cloud/DevOps tools (AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with software engineering principles, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and security standards such as OWASP.

- Experienced in building secure, resilient applications within Financial Services or similar regulated environments.
- Operates effectively in cross-functional, globally distributed teams with emphasis on collaboration and technical mentorship.
- Demonstrates strength in driving quality through code and security reviews, testing, and applying engineering best practices.
