About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Applications Development professionals to deliver new or revised application systems and programs.
- Oversee technical issue escalation and resolution, providing technical oversight across multiple systems and applications.
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, resource planning and ensure compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards in development activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-14 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency and experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Elastic, Kibana, OpenShift, and JBPM.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in managing and implementing successful software development projects with technical decision-making responsibility.

- Experienced in leading mid-level development teams within applications development.
- Strong technical background in Java-based technologies and microservices architecture in a production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical leadership with compliance, risk assessment, and resource planning in financial or regulated industry environments.
