About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions focusing on Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Apply advanced machine learning techniques including predictive modeling and unsupervised learning to generate insights and solve complex business problems.
- Lead prompt engineering and testing frameworks to ensure performance, accuracy, and safety of LLM-based applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, or data science roles.
- Strong proficiency in classical machine learning algorithms (Gradient Boosting, XGBoost, Clustering) and applied experience with LLMs including building RAG pipelines.
- Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and AI/ML libraries.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or quantitative field.

- Deep hands-on expertise in modern AI landscape, especially Large Language Models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation technologies.
- Experience working independently on complex AI/ML projects with a direct impact on business outcomes within a matrix work environment.
