About This Role
- Analyze and interpret sales and commercial data to improve productivity and effectiveness of the sales force.
- Support operational execution of field tools, territory alignments, targeting cycles, and call-plan execution within set timelines and controls.
- Assist in field force size, structure, deployment analyses, and support coverage optimization and compliance assurance.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree plus 1-3 years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, commercial analytics, or field effectiveness.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Veeva and commercial data sources including sales, activity, claims, and customer/account data.
- Hands-on ability with SQL queries and data analysis, visualization, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in relevant fields as above.

- Operates effectively at the intersection of data analytics, commercial operations, and field strategy with attention to data quality and compliance.
- Experienced in sales-planning or operations platforms related to targeting, alignment, roster management, and call planning.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a regulated industry environment.
