About This Role
- Manage day-to-day activities of a fund accounting oversight team ensuring accuracy and timeliness in NAV/yield calculations, balance validations, and adherence to controls and SLAs.
- Provide management reporting, issue resolution, and escalation of unresolved matters, coordinating with Shared Services, Client Operations, and external clients.
- Lead staffing activities including training, performance appraisals, recruiting recommendations, and coaching; participate in process improvement and technology enhancement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance field preferred.
- Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must be able to work North America night shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and good understanding of financial services and investment products.
