About This Role
- Oversee daily fund accounting operations including calculation accuracy, NAV consistency, SLA adherence, and standard operating procedure compliance.
- Manage and develop a functional team, conducting reviews, reconciliations, and timely issue resolution escalations.
- Support operational improvements and handle client communications, reporting, and coordination to ensure seamless fund processing.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience in accounting or finance related to fund accounting preferred.
- Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in North America shifts.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) with solid understanding of financial services and investment products.
