About This Role
- Manage daily fund accounting operations including pricing accuracy, NAV/yield calculations, and adherence to financial controls and SLAs.
- Oversee a team by reviewing, validating daily activities, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining client communications and records.
- Provide management reporting, lead process improvements, and coach/train junior staff; handle staffing decisions and escalate significant issues per policy.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in fund accounting or financial services.
- Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work North America shifts.
