About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations and oversight of fund accounting functional teams ensuring NAV/yield accuracy and SLA adherence.
- Drive workflow improvements, risk controls, and compliance with regulatory and operational standards including suspicious transaction reporting.
- Lead performance management, training, and collaborate on projects and client interactions across global teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience specifically in Fund Accounting.
- Preferred background includes Big Four, fund house, or accounting firm experience.
- Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent preferred; CPA/ACCA certification is a plus.
- Experience leading automation initiatives and demonstrable risk and control achievements.

- Experienced in fund accounting with leadership responsibilities in global or multi-location environments.
- Strong operational risk management and process improvement orientation with ability to implement controls and manage compliance.
- Demonstrates executive presence, effective cross-regional communication and ability to influence multiple stakeholder groups.
