About This Role
- Lead preparation and 1st level review of client financial statements and mandatory reports ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Manage team workflow, personnel allocation, and communication between global offshore partners to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Implement process improvements including automation, risk management, and training initiatives for team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ to 6+ years experience in Fund Financial Reporting, accounting, or finance field preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Economics with specialization in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA preferred.
- Available to work in shifts overlapping US, APAC, and EMEA hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fund accounting with strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Demonstrates leadership in team management, workflow coordination, and training delivery.
- Skilled in technology usage and process automation recommendations within financial reporting contexts.
