About This Role
- Oversee new business operations including policy issuance and KYC verification to ensure quality and compliance.
- Maintain and analyze MIS reports using Excel, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and ensure data security.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-10 years of relevant work experience in operations or related domain.
- Graduate degree required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, mandatory.
- Experience with Life Asia and Group Asia systems and operations preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing policy issuance and KYC verification processes in insurance or financial services domain.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to leverage MIS reports for business insights.
- Capable of working across multiple tasks/projects while maintaining stakeholder relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.
