About This Role
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding including setup, access provisioning, and access removal.
- Provide IT support by resolving technical issues, tracking requests, and keeping teammates informed.
- Manage assets including device and software license inventories, coordinate device logistics, and support cybersecurity compliance and audit preparation.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or IT administration.
- Hands-on experience supporting and troubleshooting MacBooks and macOS; Chromebook and ChromeOS experience is a plus.
- Located onsite in Hyderabad.
- Fluent written and spoken English; familiarity with Google Workspace.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operates well in structured environments following and improving established IT processes and workflows.
- Experienced in Apple device support with practical knowledge of security controls like MFA and access management.
- Detail-oriented and organized individual contributor able to manage multiple support requests and maintain documentation.
