About This Role
- Lead and manage the finance and accounts team to ensure accurate GST, TDS, and statutory compliance end-to-end.
- Own payments processing, banking relationship management, and monthly to annual financial closing including standalone and consolidated financial statements.
- Support MIS, cash flow reporting, and statutory audit preparations, responding to auditor queries and delivering timely, compliant financial reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost Accountant (CMA).
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, GST, TDS, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency with TallyPrime, advanced Excel, GST portal, TRACES, EPFO, ESIC, and net banking platforms.
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years relevant experience in finance/accounting roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling end-to-end GST compliance, TDS filings, statutory dues, and statutory audit support.
- Proven capability to lead a small finance team with task allocation, deadline management, and quality review.
- Comfortable managing banking relationships and performing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/AS) and Schedule III.
