About This Role
- Define and drive enterprise-wide business analysis and requirements management strategy, including establishing governance and best practices.
- Lead large-scale requirement engineering initiatives (BRDs, FRDs, Agile Epics, User Stories) and business process transformation.
- Establish and guide requirement documentation standards, traceability, validation, and adoption of AI-assisted business analysis tools while ensuring compliance and data security.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Mandatory skills: Business Process Modelling, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Requirement Gathering, User Story Writing, Financial Services domain, BRD Creation.
- Location: Noida, UP, India.
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years.
