About This Role
- Own end-to-end gathering and documentation of business requirements including BRD, FRD, and FSD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, design, project management) to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and solution validation.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and engage with vendors to align business expectations with deliverables and project timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in requirement documentation techniques and tools such as BRD, FRD, FSD, user stories, use cases, and wireframing tools.
- Work Location: Mohali, Punjab, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has operational experience in creating detailed business documentation and translating client requirements into technical deliverables.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in Agile/SDLC environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Experienced in vendor coordination and aligning business needs to technical project execution.
