About This Role
- Manage and lead a team supporting operational analytics across PDS to meet pressing analytics needs and build advanced analytics capabilities.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain strategic Data & Analytics solutions aligned with organizational objectives and enterprise governance.
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to design data pipelines, dashboards, and scalable analytics solutions while mentoring team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in data and analytics roles with leadership and technical responsibilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related scientific discipline.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Python, and experience with digital analytics tools, version control (e.g., GitHub).
- Work hours must overlap with US East Coast standard business hours.

- Experienced leader with proven track record managing analytics teams and delivering enterprise-level BI solutions.
- Strong strategic thinker with ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in life sciences, biotech, or healthcare, particularly with generative AI, machine learning, and large scale automation tools integration.
