About This Role
- Maintain and process local HR and payroll activities aligning with legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements in the UK locale.
- Respond to employee queries promptly and accurately; update and audit employee data in People & Culture systems.
- Collaborate with UK Local Delivery Lead, Payroll, Operational Excellence, and integration partners to deliver standardized people services and support hire-to-retire processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- 2-3 years experience in HR Service Delivery.
- Strong digital fluency with experience across multiple HR systems and technologies.
- Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in HR service delivery, specifically handling local delivery and payroll activities.

- Experienced in navigating UK-specific employment laws, policies, and regulatory compliance in HR functions.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with skills in data management, investigation, and process improvement within HR operations.
