About This Role
- Own testing execution, data validation, and defect management for the o9 Supply Planning module across multiple business units in the AMEA region.
- Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business users, supporting training delivery, change adoption, and providing end-user support during testing and post go-live phases.
- Lead planning functional build activities including modelling manufacturing constraints, scenario testing, and ensuring compliance of planning solutions with business requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or related operational roles.
- Familiarity with advanced planning tools such as o9, Kinaxis, OMP, or SAP IBP is mandatory.
- Proficiency in executing test scripts and defect tracking using tools like qTest and Jira.
- Educational qualification of MBA in Operations/Supply Chain Management or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Supply Planning processes including Master Production Scheduling, Distribution Planning, and Truck Load Build in a multi-market environment.
- Capable of working cross-functionally under tight timelines, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end testing and change management.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and transformation projects, with proven skills in training delivery and supporting business adoption of new planning platforms.
