About This Role
- Support the Debt Sizing team by evaluating multifamily and commercial properties to determine appropriate loan amounts and create financial models for lending decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership, business heads, and global offices to leverage industry research and external data sources to identify prospects and improve pipeline effectiveness.
- Work closely with management to enhance existing processes and support new business opportunities within the Capital Markets Group.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of work experience in commercial real estate industry with proficiency in Preliminary Loan Sizing/Underwriting for Multifamily properties.
- Master’s degree in finance, Real Estate, or related disciplines, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- On-site location requirement: Gurugram, India.
- Strong skills in analyzing Profit & Loss statements, Rent Rolls, and financial modeling; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in commercial real estate debt sizing, especially for multifamily properties, with knowledge of retail, office, and industrial property financing as an advantage.
- Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a global, cross-functional team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to deliver accurate data analysis under tight deadlines.
