About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, performant modules related to observability data points within HPE's Hybrid Cloud platform.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while collaborating closely with front-end, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for deployment and monitoring.
- Participate in full life-cycle project activities including requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and customer escalation support.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in designing, implementing, and deploying highly scalable SaaS applications/platforms and distributed systems.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Multi-Threading, Data Structures, Distributed Systems, Spring framework (including Spring Security), and Hibernate.
- Experience with authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, JWT, RBAC), API design, and data stores like Redis, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, MySQL.
- Work Location: Mandatory 5 days onsite at HPE office; Agile and CI/CD experience required.

- Demonstrated ability to lead or independently manage complex technical modules with strong focus on performance and scalability in cloud environments.
- Experienced working in cross-functional teams including product management, QA, customer support, and remote collaboration.
- Familiarity with AI-First SDLC methodologies and leveraging AI-driven operational tools to improve efficiency and innovation.
