About This Role
- Own daily reconciliation and resolution of cash, position, and transaction breaks across custodians, clients, and internal systems within the High Grade private credit platform.
- Provide end-to-end trade life cycle operational support for a range of fixed income and credit products including bonds, private placements, ABS, swaps, and loans.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy of positions, cash flows, and accounting data, and drive process automation and workflow improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
- 2-6 years of experience in middle office, operations, or accounting roles with exposure to fixed income securities and related trade settlement.
- Strong knowledge of fixed income products, cross-currency and interest rate swaps, trade lifecycle events, and cash/position reconciliation processes.
- Availability to work a hybrid schedule with late shifts (e.g., 2 PM to 11 PM or 3 PM to 12 AM) supporting EMEA and US time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling complex fixed income operations within fast-paced, scaling private credit or asset management platforms.
- Detail-oriented contributor comfortable managing numerous reconciliations, resolving discrepancies independently, and facilitating cross-team communication.
- Proficient with trade/accounting/security master systems such as FIS VPM, Aladdin, IVP Products, or Clearwater, and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
