About This Role
- Manage and oversee daily operations of a fund accounting team to ensure NAV/yield accuracy and adherence to fund policies and SLAs.
- Drive operational improvements by implementing workflow changes and technical solutions to enhance productivity and risk control.
- Collaborate across teams globally on projects, compliance, risk management, and performance reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' fund accounting experience; 8+ years preferred in related accounting/finance fields.
- Accounting background preferred; CPA/ACCA qualification is a plus.
- Experience leading automation initiatives and strong risk and control focus required.
- Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, Coimbatore, Chennai, or Mumbai.
