About This Role
- Own design and architecture of multiple Salesforce Cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, supportability, and sustainability.
- Develop custom user interfaces (Visualforce, Lightning Components), Apex classes/triggers, and integrations using Salesforce APIs.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, admin, and developers to deliver projects supporting 2,200+ users in an agile/waterfall environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with Platform Developer Certifications.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Sales, Service, Marketing, OMS, CPQ clouds and advanced Salesforce application development skills.
- Work Model: Hybrid onsite at designated Regal Rexnord location with some remote flexibility.
