About This Role
- Serve as primary functional and second-level technical support contact, focusing on Salesforce environments and accounting platform support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce requirements, design solutions, and manage software modifications and deployments.
- Participate in UAT, maintain documentation, and recommend process improvements in an Agile Scrum environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of Salesforce configuration and administration experience.
- 1-3 years as a business systems analyst or equivalent in complex application development projects.
- Graduate degree in information systems or similar, or equivalent business experience.
- Experience providing L1/L2 customer technical support for accounting platforms (ERP) and working with international clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in large, global Salesforce implementations involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, or Custom Cloud.
- Familiar with Agile IT teams and ability to communicate business impact of system changes to stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate with internal training and cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation and deployment of software enhancements.
