About This Role
- Lead implementation and operationalization of AI initiatives using Microsoft Copilot and develop AI-powered agents to automate Enterprise IT workflows.
- Drive 'Bot First' service delivery model to enhance employee experience by prioritizing AI-driven self-service before traditional support channels.
- Automate end-to-end IT service processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts across the Enterprise IT environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in automation, platform engineering, digital workplace technologies, or enterprise applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT service delivery and service management processes.
- Work Experience Required: 5-7+ years in relevant fields as mentioned above.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and delivering AI-powered automation solutions within large enterprise IT environments, especially involving Microsoft technologies.
- Capable of partnering with multiple stakeholders including AI Centers of Excellence, service owners, and SMEs to operationalize AI and improve IT service delivery.
- Skilled in integrating automation tools with enterprise workflows and passionate about advancing Bot First service models and AI-driven self-service adoption.
