About This Role
- Lead solution design and technical delivery in enterprise customer engagements, focusing on Salesforce platform integration and architecture.
- Drive customer success by guiding best practices in application development, integration, release management, and risk resolution with measurable client satisfaction.
- Contribute to internal practice growth through leadership in strategic initiatives, mentoring, and knowledge sharing on emerging technologies including AI tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years as a Lead Developer with solution design and organizational transformation experience in mid-to-large organizations.
- Experience with enterprise architecture including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.
- Familiarity with Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies; willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field; expected to earn Salesforce product certifications within first 3 months.
