About This Role
- Lead analysis and insight generation on lending product performance using advanced analytics to support informed decision-making in SME credit products.
- Monitor and optimize credit risk KPIs, develop mitigation strategies balancing risk and business growth.
- Collaborate closely with credit product teams to influence product strategy and design through data-driven recommendations, and communicate findings to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience as credit-focused analyst or data scientist in fintech or banking.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and ability to navigate complex data warehouse relationships.
- Ability to operate with high independence and take initiative in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in relevant credit analysis or data science roles.
