About This Role
- Lead and deliver supply chain transformation projects across planning, sourcing, and manufacturing domains focused on process improvement and cost optimization.
- Drive supply chain strategy definition, diagnostics, solution design, and implementation of best practices while managing client relationships.
- Oversee project delivery including timelines and quality, mentor team members, and support business development activities such as proposals and client pitches.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- MBA from Tier I or Tier II institutes.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industry.
- Prior experience with Big 4 or leading consulting firms preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end supply chain processes including demand/supply planning, procurement/strategic sourcing, and manufacturing/shopfloor operations.
- Has worked in supply chain transformation and digital initiatives, preferably in large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience in automotive, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, metals and mining, cement, chemicals, or pharma sectors.
