About This Role
- Own end-to-end sourcing initiatives for IT categories, including strategy development, supplier selection, negotiation, contract execution, and value delivery.
- Partner with IT, business, and functional stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and category priorities.
- Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, supplier consolidation, and value creation through market analysis, spend analysis, and project execution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related field, or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- 8 to 10 years' experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, contract negotiation, or commercial management, specifically in IT categories like software, SaaS, infrastructure, hardware, and cybersecurity.
- Strong analytical, project management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with US and global stakeholders, supporting remote/global teams.

- Experienced managing complex IT sourcing projects in multi-business unit or global organizations involving varied IT categories.
- Comfortable operating in developing procurement functions by creating structure and moving work forward independently.
- Skilled at balancing strategic supplier evaluation, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder facilitation across multiple regions and cultures.
