About This Role
- Lead and deliver supply chain transformation projects across planning, sourcing, and manufacturing domains.
- Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and operational efficiency for clients while managing project delivery, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, define supply chain strategies and roadmaps, and mentor team members while supporting business development activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering mandatory.
- MBA from Tier I or Tier II institute required.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industry; prior Big 4 or leading consulting firm experience preferred.
- Experience with demand/supply planning, procurement/strategic sourcing, manufacturing/shopfloor operations, and supply chain transformation or digital initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale supply chain transformation programs, preferably in industries like Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Metals & Mining, Cement, Chemicals, or Pharma.
- Strong operational focus with proven ability to lead multiple projects and manage client relationships at leadership levels.
- Background in consulting or equivalent that includes strategy definition, solution design, and hands-on implementation within end-to-end supply chain processes.
