About This Role
- Drive and maintain quality standards, conduct reviews/audits, and develop quality tools for SGT deliverables.
- Lead and own training and capability development for all SGT verticals, including program design and facilitation.
- Lead and implement strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in proposal management, content development, quality assurance, training, or related fields.
- Expert knowledge of American English grammar, AP Style, and professional editorial/writing standards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Journalism, English, Communications, or related field.
- Role location: Noida or Bengaluru office.
