About This Role
- Manage and support HR-related onboarding and offboarding workflows including account access and employee lifecycle follow-up.
- Handle application support tasks such as issue intake, troubleshooting, access management, and escalation coordination.
- Coordinate domain and SSL certificate requests and maintain detailed documentation and communication across stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, or Production Support.
- Basic understanding of Domain Names, DNS, SSL certificates, certificate renewals, and expiration risks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word).
- Must be willing to work 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in application or technical support roles with a focus on operational workflows and incident/request management.
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders including HR, IT, vendors, and business units within a process-driven environment.
- Able to maintain detailed documentation, monitor aging tickets, and proactively escalate issues to avoid delays or risks.
