About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, distributed web-based applications with robust architecture.
- Lead high-level system design, functional modeling, and incremental architectural improvements within medium-sized projects.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business features into technical solutions and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of professional software engineering experience.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, C, or C++ with strong coding skills.
- Hands-on experience with multi-threading, concurrency, system design (OOD), scalable systems, relational and NoSQL databases.

- Experienced in building and optimizing large-scale distributed systems in dynamic, high-growth startup environments.
- Capable of independently driving architectural evolution and aligning technical execution with business stakeholders.
- Strong leadership in mentoring engineers and leading execution phases for predictable project delivery.
