About This Role
- Ownership of project lifecycle phases including team effort coordination and delivery of Data Warehouse projects within timelines.
- Design and oversight of data models aligned with business needs and analytical goals.
- Lead task planning, mentoring juniors, client communications, and fostering collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM) within consulting or relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts including data stewardship, governance, and quality management.
- Experience with Customer Mastering (HCP/HCO) and address mastering/standardization using third party tools.
- Proficiency in Python scripting, SQL for data extraction, and familiarity with pharma data sources like IQVIA, MedPro, Symphony.

- Experienced in managing complex MDM implementations with scalable and efficient solutions.
- Capable of leading and mentoring teams including managing task distribution and project risks.
- Able to translate functional/non-functional requirements into MDM solutions and communicate effectively with clients and global teams.
