About This Role
- Execute and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, and TikTok, with responsibility for budget and KPI tracking.
- Monitor and manage client social media channels by responding to comments and inquiries and nurturing the online community to build loyalty.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of daily paid social and community management tasks, providing performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years total experience with minimum 2-4 years in paid social/performance marketing, preferably within an agency and Ecommerce domain.
- Marketing, Communications, or Social Media University degree required.
- Proficiency in social media ad managers such as META, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit, plus experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Experience in community management and campaign execution with good communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and optimizing multi-platform paid social campaigns with a data-driven approach to scale performance and improve KPIs.
- Capable of independently handling both paid social and community management responsibilities in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to plan, organize, and deliver tasks with minimal supervision.
