About This Role
- Lead design of complex, scalable software architectures and define long-term technical roadmaps across multiple teams.
- Provide technical leadership by unblocking teams, establishing coding/testing standards, and mentoring engineers to elevate organizational technical capability.
- Drive strategic alignment by consulting with stakeholders to bridge technical execution with business goals, including integrating AI in the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in Java and JavaScript.
- Proven experience in system architecture design, mentoring engineers, and strong skills in RESTful API development using Spring Framework.
- Hands-on experience with C++, AI integration in SDLC, AWS services (Kibana, Elasticsearch, Lambda, S3, EC2), and modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Marionette.
