About This Role
- Own the quality strategy and execution for Deloitte's IDT product portfolio, including developing and maintaining automation frameworks across cloud-based analytics and web applications.
- Design, build, and integrate modular automation frameworks for UI, API, and data-driven testing using technologies like Python, Java, Selenium, and Playwright, and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead quality best practices, participate actively in Agile delivery cycles, manage risk communication, and mentor QA team members to improve overall test quality and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in automation testing and functional testing.
- Hands-on expertise in at least one scripting language and automation frameworks such as Java, Python, Selenium, Playwright, Robot, or PyTest.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), CI/CD pipeline integration, cloud/web application testing, and proficiency in AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot.
